CROWDCTRL
I'M A ROCKSTAR, BABY
I’m up late tonight preparing for an iteration start tomorrow (getting hi-fi prototypes together, writing tickets, finding bugs, etc), and just returning from the gym. I am also fresh from the store, having just purchased a Rockstar Juiced (triple shot) for the long haul tonight. Juiced is rad because it doesn’t have high fructose corn syrup and it’s got 70% juice and tons of energy-inducing ingredients like guarana and caffeine.
As I’m making my typical post-workout protein shake, I had an idea. Rockstar shake! And it’s awesome. A how-to:
- 1 cup 1% milk
- 8 oz Rockstar Juiced
- 1 tbs protein powder
- handful of frozen peaches
- handful of frozen mango chunks
- 1 banana
Blend well and pour into mouth. We’ll see how long it takes me into this young night.

I appreciate the heads up on the Rockstar Juiced. I have avoided Rockstar in the past because of the sweet, chalky taste. Maybe the Juiced version is better.

Dude, Jason, I think you are like the most amazing designer ever! I’m TOTALLY going to try one of your rad Rockstar shakes like tonight! Do you think we could hang out at SXSW and drink Rockstar shakes and talk about cool stuff like web standards and web 2.0 and Ajax? Let me know, ok? I really hope that wasn’t excessive praise just then.
